Nicki started HardLines Fitness to change lives for the better. She has experienced the confidence and energy that working out and eating right provides. She has the power and control over her "Self" that has lead to achieving her wildest dreams!

Nicki's custom programs will have you looking and feeling better than you ever thought possible. She is the coach that cares about how you feel and wants you to succeed. She wants you to feel the strength and self-confidence that comes with living a healthy, active lifestyle.

An IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, Nicki knows what it takes to be a champion on the stage and in everyday life!

How the programs helped others:

I went to Nicki with the goal of being in the best shape of my life at 40 years old. She took the time to sit with me and discuss what I really want. She said, "what the hell, if you give 110% I can get you in shape to compete this summer." (Only 5.5 months away.) She warned me this will be no easy task. I agreed and away I went. Now with seven weeks until show time, my transformation has been so amazing and I never looked better!

Nicki has been with me the whole time through the ups and the downs of "prep life." With her busy schedule still manages to find the time to call and see how my week is going. This woman gives it her all in everything she does. From training for her own shows to coaching, designing diet plans for clients, to training people. I approached Nicki with the goal of gaining muscle while burning fat - something that everyone told me wasn’t possible. Immediately upon contacting Nicki, I found her to be enthusiastic, positive, and encouraging - it became clear early on that she is truly passionate about what she does. Within a few days, Nicki set me up with a comprehensive diet plan which included meals that worked with my dietary restrictions/preferences, a lengthly list of substitutions so I could swap out foods if need be, as well as suggested supplements. She explained the logic of the meal plan - which included timing of meals (explaining why I am eating specific foods/taking specific supplements at a given time, and why specific foods were chosen. As early as a week into my diet, I began noticing changes to my body, which became more drastic as time went on.

In the past I had a hard time sticking to a diet as I found myself eating the same bland boring foods all the time. With the diet that Nicki set up for me, the meals were delicious - and weren’t a chore to eat. Any time I had questions, Nicki was always reachable - she responded with thorough answers and always explained the logic behind her dietary decisions. While working with Nicki, she regularly checked to review my progress - showcasing her commitment to her clients. As my physique evolved Nicki re-evaluated my diet plan to accommodate my new body composition - helping me reach my fitness goals.
