Do you provide hosting

Yes, we do provide hosting. Please contact us and we can tell you about the various hosting packages we have available.

Do I have to host with you if you design my website?

We would prefer you did. We want to offer you the best service and response time possible. We are better able to manage our clients all from one interface as opposed to keeping track of several websites with different hosting companies.

How do I get a domain name?

We’ll take care of that. We provide one domain name for each new hosted client, at no extra charge, in the form of: www.(yourstore).com.

Will I be advertised on Google?

Your website is automatically spidered by Google just by being online, so you will show up on Google’s search results. We make sure your website is set up with the base methods to ensure maximum exposure, but we don’t guarantee you will be on the first page of Google. You can improve your placement in Google’s search results by consistently posting quality, relevant content on your website. Google offers paid advertisements through Google Adwords that may boost your placement in results as well.

What do I need to get started?

If you haven’t already done so, go through our online quote to provide us with some information about your business. After that, we will contact you to set up a consultation. See more about our process here.

How long does it take?

It usually takes about 2 months to go through all the stages of the process and launch the website.

Can I make the process go faster?

There certainly things you can do to make things more efficient, most importantly by having all material ready before the content stage begins. Quick responses help too, as there are a couple of approval stages that require your confirmation that we are moving in the right direction. The more involved you are with the process, the faster it goes!
